Spin casting (also called Centrifugal Rubber Mold Casting) is a process with low to moderate tooling and set up costs. Our lead free pewter alloy is fully compliant with all state and federal laws regarding lead content, and we have years of experience in contract manufacturing of pewter products

Molten pewter is poured into a spinning vulcanized rubber mold where centrifugal force fills the mold cavities. This process allows for deep relief and offers the greatest flexibility for shape and thickness.

This process is generally our fastest turn-around product and we offer sizes from 3/16" diameter up to 6" diameter or 3" x 9".

Let us assist you in developing your private label retail products including belt buckles, Christmas ornaments, lapel pins, decorative hardware, and jewelry. In many cases, we are able to use customer supplied models.
